Rolling Ice Cream started as a late-night experiment with a frozen pan and a dream. Today we serve festivals, neighborhoods, and weddings with theatrical rolled ice cream made from local dairy, fair-trade coffee, and creative toppings inspired by Austin's markets.
We're proudly woman-owned, sustainably minded, and obsessed with hospitality. Our crew cold-rolls, pulls espresso, and bakes sweets from the truck so every visit feels like a mini celebration.
Sourcing
We partner with regional farms for dairy, feature seasonal fruits from local growers, and source our chocolate and coffee from small cooperatives.
Sustainability
Our truck runs on renewable energy offsets, and we use compostable cups, bamboo spoons, and a rinse station to keep waste low.
